Customization & Shipping Policy

While Road Cockpits are standard, in-stock items, all MONOVANE Integrated Aero Cockpits are made-to-order products. Upon order confirmation and final specification verification, each unit enters a dedicated precision manufacturing and quality inspection process.

• Production Lead Time: Approximately 4–6 weeks (commencing from the date of order confirmation and technical data approval).

• Shipping Arrangement: Once the product passes final quality inspection, we will arrange shipment promptly. Logistics updates and tracking information will be synchronized to your order center and registered email in real-time.

• Exclusivity Statement: As custom components and accessories (non-standard products) are manufactured to your unique specifications, they are irreversible. Consequently, these items are not eligible for resale, return, or exchange.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on international logistics standards.

• Express Shipping: Approximately 3–7 business days.

• Standard Shipping: Approximately 7–14 business days.

• Fulfillment Warehouses: USA (Default) and Hong Kong. We will select the optimal shipping location based on your destination and product configuration. In exceptional cases—such as direct fulfillment from suppliers to reduce lead times or cross-border logistics costs—products may be shipped directly from our manufacturing partners.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the order ships. Actual delivery time is subject to destination customs clearance efficiency and local logistics conditions. Orders are typically fulfilled via specialized logistics lines or premium carriers including DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, UPS, and EMS.

Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country/region.

• Shipments to the USA: The checkout price includes all applicable taxes and duties. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery. The amount shown on the website is the final price you pay.

• Shipments to All Other Countries/Regions: The checkout price does not include the destination country's VAT or import duties. You may be required to pay these additional charges upon delivery in accordance with local laws. Please familiarize yourself with your region’s potential import costs before purchasing.

• Clearance Assistance: To enhance your shopping experience, we can arrange for a third-party carrier to handle customs clearance on your behalf for non-duty-free destinations. Please contact our support team in advance if you require this service.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and valid.

MONOVANE shall not be held liable for any compensation, lost parcels, forced returns, or additional costs incurred for re-shipping due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information.
