Returns & Refunds policy

This policy governs returns and refunds for all authentic MONOVANE products. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via e-mail: support@monovane.com

Return Window

  • Standard (Non-Custom) Products: Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Custom & Bespoke Products: Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange for "change-of-mind" reasons.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For non-custom items, returns are accepted provided that:

  • The product remains unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition.

  • The item is returned in its original, unopened packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Custom & Bespoke Products

Returns for custom orders are only permitted in the following instances:

  • Verified manufacturing defects.

  • Damage sustained during transit.

Action Required: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. MONOVANE will cover return shipping and provide a repair or replacement at no additional cost.

Note: If the issue arises from incorrect specifications provided by the customer, all associated shipping and remanufacturing costs shall be borne by the customer.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Modification Window: Any modification requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of order placement.

  • Production Rule: Custom orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has commenced.

Refunds

For eligible returns, the purchase price of the product will be refunded. Please note the following non-refundable costs:

  • Original Shipping Fees: Costs incurred for the initial delivery are non-recoverable.

  • Import Duties & Taxes: These are collected by your local customs authority; you must contact your local customs office directly to petition for a duty refund.

  • Payment Processing Fees: Fees charged by third-party gateways (e.g., PayPal, credit card processors) are non-refundable as per their transaction terms.
